Our client is a global luxury fashion brand with Women's and Men's categories. With reputable and irreplaceable presence in the world, they have over 300 retail branches in different countries. With expansion, currently they are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager/ HR manager to oversee their Hong Kong business, including office staff and front-line staff. Reporting to Head of HR, you will directly manage two subordinates in the department.

Description

  • Oversee and be responsible for full range of HR functions
  • Support C&B team on payroll administration
  • Report to senior management, and be responsible for end-to-end life cycle in recruitment, from attracting, sourcing, interview arrangement, and offering process
  • Participate in providing HR strategic solutions for talent acquisition and retention, manpower planning, and budgeting for business growth
  • Assist in organizing staff training and development activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders on delivering strategic ideas and HR advice to business on staff engagement, job grading evaluation, performance management, market analysis, and KPI evaluation

Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • A minimum 8 years of HR solid experience in in retail, luxury, or hospitality industry a plus
  • Flexibility for challenges and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, good prioritization and communication skills, independent and detail oriented
  • Strategic mindset with a hand-on approach
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
