- Responsible for optimizing the rules and regulations for the agency operation to promote creation, improvement, approval of the process construction
- Establish and maintain the work processes of agency operation in the Business Process Management Platform, continuous to provide suggestion plans on related work processes
- Assist in the report writing and the follow up of the agency business projects
- Perform data collection among the agency department, integrate and summarize in assisting regular presentation
- Provide sales support and maintain good communication among the departments and across agents
- Provide efficient administrative support such as expense reimbursement, meeting preparation, staff onboarding, documentation, etc.
- University graduated in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ working experiences, preferably in operation and/ or administration department.
- Previous exposure in project management or other functions in insurance industry is highly preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
