Job Descriptions:

• Perform account opening function including documentation, various name checking, Risk Score Engine, KYC assessment and data input in bank systems
• Handle update of existing customer data such as changes in authorized signatories, address and information
• Handle various regular and ad-hoc management/ monitoring reports
• Liaise with other departments for account opening and other operation activities
• Perform administrative issues and ad hoc project as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years’ banking experience, preferably in administrative support / handling account opening; candidates with more relevant experience could be considered for the position of officer
• Basic knowledge in account opening, KYC, account operations and compliance related issues of FATCA and CRS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Good typing skill and proficient in PC applications, including MS Word and Excel
