• Provide full support to the team’s investor relations activities including but not limited to annual and interim result preparation
• Provide full administrative support, including but not limited to management of calendar, scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements
• Assist in documentation management to fulfil the internal and external standards
• Prepare correspondences and payment related documents for management approval
• Support ad-hoc administrative work upon request

• Tertiary education with at least 5 years’ relevant working experiences, preferably gained in financial institutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese words processing; knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese; able to read simplified Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua is a must
