Exciting New Role for You
Our client is now hiring an HR Generalist to join their team in Hong Kong. You will have the opportunity to participate in full spectrum Human Resources functions and contribute to people development for this rapidly growing firm, from recruitment, learning and development, to employee relations and wellness, this role offers great exposure for HR professionals to further develop their expertise within the financial industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Support full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, learning and development, staff engagement, compensation and benefits
- Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant to internal guidelines and industry best practice
- Support the formulation and execution of HR projects and initiatives, including but not limited to employer branding, recruitment, process improvement and employee engagement
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Participate in HR-related ad hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded with good organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently, but with a good sense of responsibility and can also act as a diligent teamplayer
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, MPF scheme and related regulations
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with excellent skills in business writing
- Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidates with prior marketing experience or an interest in marketing would have an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
