You'll responsible for...

• Provide all round HR functions and duties including Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required
• Provide guidance and suggestion in Recruitment & Selection to the team member
• Act as a mentor to provide guidance to the team members to handle staff enquiries and provide efficient HR solutions
• Maintain good staff relations and facilitate effective staff communication with different department
• Manage employee cycle process including performance management, team development, rewards and recognition
• Provide professional advice and services to senior management for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development
• Responsible for drafting, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks to make sure in compliance with company requirements and the Hong Kong regulations
• Monitor all staff record and HR filing system
• Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner
• Optimize HR reports and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

If you are...

• Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and other related discipline;
• At least 6 years relevant experience in HR field;
• Familiar with employment ordinance and related statutory regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Tidy, highly independent, self-motivated responsive, detail minded, well-organized;
• Work hard play hard attitude, pursuit of excellent mindset;
• Work experienced in Agency/ Corporate Group will be an advantage;
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior HR Officer;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
