Job Purpose: 

“Act as a key role within the team in delivering end-to-end support to the L&D Team on various kinds of training activities.” 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Learning Experience Platform and LMS (SAP)
  • Manage Quarterly Training Calendar (including scheduling and communication between Trainers, Departments, Participants, and external vendors)
  • Support L&D Team Logistics and Administrative Works (including room booking, setup and stationary ordering)
  • Manage Training KPI Report (HK & ML) (including attendance report, training hours report and budget report)
  • Support vendor contract, budget & invoice payment handling
  • Manage the travel arrangements and personal expenses for L and D team members and overseas vendors  
  • Support Staff Recreation Activities
  • Work independently to support simple training activities or handle stakeholders’ enquiries (e.g., store tour)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience working in L&D function. 
  • A Degree or higher qualification in any discipline. 
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with Photo shooting and video taking experience is a plus. 
  • Proficient in operating different LMS, SAP is an added advantage.
  • Problem solver, and willing to try and think out of the box in proposing reasonable solution to resolve issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required
