Our client provides solutions and expert advise on areas their client require assistance with. Currently our client is seeking an experience C&B with payroll experience to join their company as Payroll manager

Description

• -Manage all-round payroll service delivery based on payroll cycle for multi-client portfolios
• - Participate in the start-up for new payroll clients as assigned
• - Ensure payroll service alignment with the clients' company policies and regulations
• - Participate in month end closing of office's payroll and related benefits matters
• - Liaise with auditors for annual audits
• -Ensure Full statutory compliance with local legislation and mandatory requirements
• -Providing HR advisory to clients

Profile

• Degree holder preferably in Business or Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3 year's experience in payroll services for MNCs or professional service
• Minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory level
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task
• Independent, dilligent with a can-do attitude
• Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); proficiency in HRIS preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
