We are a stable and professional legal recruitment team. In respond to the rapid growth of business, we are currently hiring a junior but diligent and responsible talent to provided all-rounded administrative and clerical support.

          Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Department Head and provide secretarial support
• Screening the phone calls
• Booking appointments and calendar management
• Arranging sales meetings and printing the meeting agenda
• Clerical work such as data-entry, formatting CVs and scanning terms of business
• Posting job advertisements on uploading information to the system
• Scheduling interviews for consultants
• Maintaining internal filing system
• Simple marketing support such as e-card design, sourcing marketing gifts and sending direct mails to clients
• Liaising with external vendors
• Clerical work such as printing and photo copying documents
• Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 1 year legal / admin support functions
• Good communication ability in both Chinese and English is a must
• MS Word / Power Point usage and Chinese typing skills required
• Candidates immediately available will be considered first
• Fresh graduates will be considered
