Responsibilities:

• Provide daily office administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to procurement & maintenance of office equipment and supplies, filing and data entry
• Perform general receptionist duties (when required), including handling incoming calls, answering enquiries and greeting visitors in a professional manner
• Arrange meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Outdoor work maybe required
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office application
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
