Job Description
Our client operates as a holding company which focus in financial services and assets management.
Personal Assistant to Management
Responsibilities:
Handle a full spectrum of PA support to management (intensive family affairs and business support, family members including kids)
Assist in translation / interpretation of business documents if required
With exposures in supporting Asia Pacific projects
Participate in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
Degree holder and IELTS 7.0 or above
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese as well as Mandarin (*Mandarin and good Chinese writing skill is a must)
10 years’ PA experience in reputable companies with stable history and good reference letters
Prefer with coordination experience dealing with PRC officials and officials
Well-versed in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to all levels
Stable working history with good references
Immediately available is highly preferred
