Requirements

• University graduate in Human Resources, Training or equivalent
• 6-8 years experience in developing and delivery of training programs
• Solid experience in customer service and soft skills training programs
• Previous experience in sizable and multinational corporations is required
• People-oriented, energetic, well-organized with strong presentation skills
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR software
• Proficient in communication of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver various training programs to meet talent management strategies
• Conduct training for customer service and soft skills program and prepare evaluation reports
• Liaise with external vendors and internal parties on training scheduling and logistics arrangement
• Perform analysis on training needs & performance review and develop eLearning programs
• Handle training administration such as training materials development and database management
