Job Description

Report to Senior Manager, you will be supporting the HRBP functions with other teammates, in providing full spectrum of HR services. You will be working closely with business heads in sales department. Headquartered in Hong Kong, you will be overseeing the business locally in Hong Kong, Europe, and Singapore, acting as the key POC to liaise with overseas markets when necessary.

They provide services in information security, cloud services, data center and enterprise connectivity. Their business is covered across the world, include Singapore, Malaysia, Greater China and Europe. Currently they are looking for a Manager - HRBP to join their team to provide advisory to the company.

Description

  • Act as a strategic partner in managing full employee life cycle, includes but not limited to Talent Acquisition, C&B, Staff Communication & Engagement
  • Plan and drive the HR initiatives to improve corporate culture and staff engagement activities
  • Play the role of a strategist on revamping commission schemes and incentives to drive sales
  • Be a strong communicator and business partner to the department heads to help them with their challenges and business plans.
  • Plan and execute organisational and developmental initiatives and formulate internal communications and corporate training strategies to support company growth
  • Provide advice and support to business leaders on employee issues and organizational challenges
  • Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives, and analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools
  • Perform any HR ad-hoc tasks or HR projects as required

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience in providing full spectrum duties
  • Working experience from sizable organization, and from Telecommunication/ Information Technology industry would be a plus
  • Experienced in serving sales division would be an advantage, preferably with experience designing, revamping and implementing sales incentive programs and commission schemes to better engage the front line employees
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy level, you will be an approachable and open minded with the ability to drive and lead change.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills, able to work under fast pace
