We are searching for high-calibre Administrative Assistants to work in a back-office project team in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the project managers.
• Arrange regular progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Prepare management progress reports and Excel reports.
• Perform data entry, maintain databases and scanning of documents.
• Greet guests or visitors. 
  

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
• Familiar with MS Excel and Word.
• Willing to learn and Detail-oriented.
• Good communications skills in English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
