The Job:

• As one of the HR Team Heads, responsible for service delivery and drive excellence in one or more of the following functions: 
  o   HR prooess improvement
  o   Corporate governance
  o   Talent management and learning & development
  o   Succession planning

• Lead HR process review to streamline existing workflow and implement high-performing, integrated HR best practices to achieve business objectives.
• Draft new or update existing employment related policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure they are abided by related legislations in order to uphold corporate governance while balancing operational efficiency.
• Diagnose training and development needs; drive the design and execution of learning solutions that are aligned with business goals and strategies. Review and assess regularly on the approach and methodologies to optimize learning effectiveness.
• Oversee succession planning and performance management system to build organization bench strength and high-performance culture.
• Keep abreast of market best practices on talent development, and launch appropriate initiatives accordingly.
• Handle other HR projects as assigned.

The Person:

• Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline. 
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in human resources management in reputable organization, of which at least 5 years should be at managerial positions.
• Solid experience in workflow review and drafting policies and guidelines.
• Proven organizational learning track records with in-depth knowledge and ability to design and implement training tools and solutions.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations as well as talent development best practices.
• Analytical and meticulous with high proficiency in decision making, strategic thinking and managerial skill as well as excellent communication and influencing skill.
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese as well as using PC applications.
