Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide customer service by answering incoming phone calls
- Provide clerical support to the department including data entry and filing
- Shift Duty, 8.5 hours per shift
Requirements:
- F.5/ DSE or above
- 2 years solid working experience in Customer Services/ Call Center/ Reception is highly preferable
- Good telephone manner with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing (倉頡/ 速成)
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
