Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment service including job posting, sourcing quality candidates, screening CVs, arranging & conducting interviews, hiring proposal preparation and offer extension and related administrative duties for on-boarding
• Coordinate & participate job fair and recruitment activities
• Update and maintain accurate employee record in HR information system
• Communicate with departments and line managers on their recruitment needs and requirements
• Prepare and analyze various HR reports
• Handle daily HR administrative duties including updating, consolidating and maintaining record for data analysis
• Perform daily receptionist duties includes phone calls, meeting arrangement & greet visitors in professional manner
• Participate in daily staff-caring and communication
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above
• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent is an advantage
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in HR & Administration areas
• A good team player with positive working attitude
• Detail-oriented and desire to learn
• Familiar with MS Office application including Word and Excel
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred

*Working Day: 5 days

*Working Location : Tai Po Industrial Estate (Shuttle bus is provided)
