Job Description
Our client is a Medical Device company with operations in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Their Hong Kong head office is now looking for a Human Resources and Administration Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 6-8 years of HR working experience
- Prior experience in general HR function; including C&B, recruitment, Performance review and Learning & Development is a plus
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to all levels
- A responsible, proactive and efficient professional able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- With can-do attitude and multi-tasking skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English
- For candidate with less experience, will consider for the Senior Officer position
