Responsibilities:

• Provide professional HR services to line managers and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed to the client divisions, including manpower planning, staffing, performance management and EC cases;
• Act as a facilitator to implement and promote all Employee Relations programs for the business unit;
• Handle and review the general insurance policy to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness;
• Perform ad hoc HR project when required.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sizable organization. Experience gained in Retail or Manufacturing Industry is a definite advantage;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related legislations;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, able to communicate with all level of people;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
