Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the back office, including data entry, report preparation
- Maintain and update Network-Plant database and schematic diagram
- Maintain and control inventory records of instrument, safety equipment and tools
- Assist in monitoring Network order
- Issue purchase requisition / invoice, forecast network parts and contact suppliers
- Monitor systems and do equipment fault reporting
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 5.5 days work (Monday to Friday, alternative Saturdays)
- DSE graduate or above
- 1 year with relevant experience in Telecom/ IT related field is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Able to handle projects independently
- Knowledge of engineering drawings is preferred
- Responsible, detail-minded, pleasant personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word
