You will do the following in this job: 

• As a bridge between the company and employees, to coordinate working relationships between employees and the company, aim to build an open and dynamic working environment with positive workplace culture, and improve employees' satisfaction. 
• Administrative activities including leave management, employment contract preparation, internal dashboard update, and so on;
• Answer employees' inquiries about Human Resources related issues
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Support the implementation of HR policies
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• All-round HR supports

We are looking for you if you are:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resource or Business Administrative disciplines with 1-2 years of relevant experiences
• Interested in IT industry and recruitment 
• A self-motivated team player with a strong interpersonal, positive attitude, well-organized with the ability to multi-task, detailed-oriented, a good sense of priorities, critical thinking skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
