Job Duties: 

• To enforce legislation rules and regulations, including handling enquiries, complaints and special requests from school or the public, vetting and processing application, conducting random checking on residential address
• To monitor the progress of  different school and students information system
• To assist in data processing and maintenance duties, including vetting validation and other related reports
• To liaise with schools, parents and colleagues from different department 
• To supervise clerical staff and general clerks 

• A holder if a Hong Kong Bachelor's degree, or equivalent; preferably with Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE/ HKCEE
• A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent
• At least three years' relevant post- degree working experience 
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and IT skills
