Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling full spectrum of Training & Development functions
- Organize, facilitate or conduct training programs
- Prepare and compile HR analytical reports for management review
- Support HR functions including Recruitment, C&B and other HR initiatives
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- With 3-5 years’ relevant experience in HR field
- Proactive, detail-minded and result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications and database management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
