Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business or related disciplines with 3 years' solid experiences in providing all-rounded HR services in sizable organizations or Higher Diploma or above with Min. 5 years solid experiences in all round HR functions in NGO sectors;
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legal requirements;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
• Starting salary: HK$26,185 up per month.

Job Responsibilities:

• To supervise a small team in full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relation, training and development;
• To assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures;
• To provide professional advice to staff in resolving HR related issues;
• To perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
