Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of HR support to the Group HR;
  • Provide support in administration duties including all stationery, office/ equipment maintenance, procurement, filing and general correspondence etc;
  • Monitor and update staff leave, attendance, overtime record;
  • Handle and update MPF record, medical insurance in accordance to statutory requirements;
  • To assist in handling ad hoc assignment and project when required;
Requirements
  • Diploma holder / or related discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience but not essential
  • Good and positive working attitude, organized and attentive to details
  • Willing to learn
  • Proficiency in MS office software
  • Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
