Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of HR support to the Group HR;
- Provide support in administration duties including all stationery, office/ equipment maintenance, procurement, filing and general correspondence etc;
- Monitor and update staff leave, attendance, overtime record;
- Handle and update MPF record, medical insurance in accordance to statutory requirements;
- To assist in handling ad hoc assignment and project when required;
- Diploma holder / or related discipline
- 1-2 years working experience but not essential
- Good and positive working attitude, organized and attentive to details
- Willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS office software
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- 5-day work week
