Our client is a reputable and multinational skincare brand, they are currently looking for a seasoned Talent Management Manager to join the team.

About the Role

• Directly report to the HR director
• Identify training needs for corporate staff and initiating training solutions in aligning with company objectives & division strategies
• Design competency based talent development program and curriculum to facilitate succession planning in different departments
• Responsible for budgeting and costing proposal and reports for management approval
• Closely communicate with Headquarter and Regional Office on launching global/regional training initiatives
• Engage in ad hoc project if required

The Successful Candidate

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in training and talent management
• Solid training program design for Corporate function staff
• Knowledgeable on e-learning platform/ Learning Management System
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholders management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, design and video editing software
• Good command of English and Cantonese
