About Our Client
Our client is a reputable and multinational skincare brand, they are currently looking for a seasoned Talent Management Manager to join the team.
About the Role
- Directly report to the HR director
- Identify training needs for corporate staff and initiating training solutions in aligning with company objectives & division strategies
- Design competency based talent development program and curriculum to facilitate succession planning in different departments
- Responsible for budgeting and costing proposal and reports for management approval
- Closely communicate with Headquarter and Regional Office on launching global/regional training initiatives
- Engage in ad hoc project if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in training and talent management
- Solid training program design for Corporate function staff
- Knowledgeable on e-learning platform/ Learning Management System
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholders management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, design and video editing software
- Good command of English and Cantonese
