About Our Client

An international group of companies engaging in various businesses of electronic trading, small home appliance manufacturing and FMCG retail. 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administration or equivalent 
  • 6-8 years relevant experience in procurement and administration functions 
  • Solid experience in procurement cycle and vendor selection & evaluation 
  • Experience in purchasing electronic products, preferably in sizable companies 
  • Result-driven, energetic, detail-minded and sense of responsibilities 
  • Self-motivated team player with good communication and supervisory skills 
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset 
  • Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage  

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operation of procurement and administration functions 
  • Responsible for office facilities management and managing housekeeping and security 
  • Support on monitoring the process of contract & license renewal and company insurance 
  • Coordinate with vendors on price negotiation, quotation requisition and comparison 
  • Monitor the performanceof suppliers and the whole process of vendor selection 
  • Participate in budget control and ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management
