Responsibilities

• Accountability for overall operations management including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
• Manage both building management and technical teams to ensure quality of services being delivered to meet SLA and KPI
• Administer and coordinate all property management functions, maintain good relationship with all the stakeholders including the teams, landlord, customers and tenants
• Handle effectively all service requests, complaints and contingencies
• Comply with corporate policies and to ensure subordinates receive adequate training to meet with customers’ requirements
• Responsible to attend operational meetings with landlord and tenants
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline with professional corporate membership of CIH / HKIH or equivalent
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License is preferred
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License is an advantage
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Strong sense of responsibilities, good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client management skills and high level of service integrity
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
