• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to designated team
• Prepare related documents to assist sales & installation activities of the team
• Responsible for co-ordination work with contractors, dealers and related parties
• Handle C&I hotline enquiries from customers
•  Assist the team to coordinate internal and external business meetings
• Prepare CEA documents for management approval
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

• Tertiary education with at least 5 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
• Knowledge in SAP or Siebel is an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• A fast learner who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
