Responsibilities:

1. Receptionist with general office administrative duties;
2. Guest greeting in professional manners and handling meeting room booking;
3. Experience in handling high net worth clients is a plus;

Requirement:

1. Tertiary education or above, fresh graduate is also welcome;
2. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking;
3. Presentable , energetic, independent, detail-minded, well-organized;
4. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadline;
5. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
6. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
7. Immediate available or short-notice preferred
8. Yearly renewable contract
