• Identify hiring needs of the business and seek for suitable candidates to address the corresponding demand
• Search for potential applicants via different platforms 
• Coordinate with HR manager to confirm the job details and screening questions for the applicants
• Be the person in charge of the hiring procedure, ranging from screening, interviews arranging and shortlisting ideal candidates

• At least 10 years of related experience as acquisition manager
• Familiar with the job market, social media and also professional network
• Experience in hiring the Engineering & Digital talent will be an advantage
