SALARY: FULL TIME HK $16000 - $20000/MONTH

Responsibilities:

• Provide full scope of efficient HR support and services to the group operations;
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and administration;
• Review group HR policy and procedure to match with business demand and strategies;
• Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program.
• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Director
• Managing the Director’s schedules, travel arrangements & co-ordination of meetings
• Compile management reports and statistical analysis
• Lead or participate in projects as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Fresh Graduate with excellent communication skills will still be considered. 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
