Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring shop renovation and relocation projects as well as shop repair and maintenance
- Liaise, coordinate and negotiate with external parties, e.g. consultants, contractors, suppliers as well as internal departments and service providers
- Conduct regular site inspection and oversee the whole construction progress to ensure good workmanship and project completed on time
- Handle project administration works, e.g. preparation of renovation budget & final expenses summary and project schedule and maintain a systematic filing
- Assist in liaising and negotiating with agents and landlords for all leasing related matters and building management office for property management issues
- Handle leasing documents and tenancy contract administration
- Perform or assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

- Degree graduate in any relevant disciplines
- At least 4 years of working experience in retail project management and leasing
- Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is highly preferable
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, independent, detail-minded and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
