Job Description
The Assistant HR&Admin Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day HR and Administrative supports and services for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide full spectrum of administration service to the office. Include purchasing and maintaining the office equipment, facilities, and furniture. Take care of reception duties, arrange travel and accommodation for staff work trip.
- Assist to provide compensation and benefits services for all office staff e.g. leave management, personnel database maintenance and generate the letters, contract issue and renewal, support payroll administration, pension schemes administration, insurance administration, etc.
- Assist in HR related functions, e.g. facilitate the interview process, new staff orientation programme. Assist expat's management, e.g. work permit application, relocation services, etc.
- Organize employee relations activities and staff activities to facilitate and promote interdepartmental communications;
- Annual insurance renewals for Office insurance, Group Medical insurance, Life & Disability insurance, travel insurance, etc.
- Promote & explain HR policies and benefits to employees;
- Assist in the annual HR & Admin budget and staff cost budget processes;
- Assist the implementation of office maintenance and reconstruction projects and other new HR&admin project if need.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in HR or administration profession in any industries
- Higher diploma or above
- Excellent communication skills and team interaction skills
- Proficient in English
- Able to work independently
