Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- Main products : computer accessories, electronic office automation systems and solution provider
- Hong Kong office : regional headquarters of Asia Pacific
- Factories : Japan, China and SE Asian countries
- We are looking for ASST HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – with details as follows :
- Report to native Japanese Division Head
- Lead one HR subordinate for full spectrum of human resources duties for one subsidiary of 100 staff members
- Manage overall HR activities including but not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, staff relations and internal communications, etc.
- Conduct orientation and trainings to general staff
- Process monthly payroll and related reports
- Review, develop and implement HR policies and practices
- Prepare periodical reports and statistics
- Handle ad hoc reports and projects
- Higher diploma or above in HRM / Business Admin or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience (with at least 3 years supervisory experience)
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
- Hands-on experience in HRIS
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Japanese speaking is a plus
- Familiar to Japanese working culture is advantageous
- No trips is required
- Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm; 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 8 days + extra 2 weeks Company holidays per year
- Work-life balance : very few OT work is required
