Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation of departmental administrative matters
- Assist in preparing outgoing documnents including tenders, quotations, invoices, PO / WO, credit / debit notes, payment certificate
- Manage contract document, file incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Responsible for the departmental accounting functions including chasing of overdue payments, petty cash claims, routine accounting reports, timesheet entries
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above with at least 5 passess including English and Chinese subjects, preferably in commercial studies or related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in handling administration work, preferably in engineering company
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command or written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good manner, hardworking with team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility and well-organized
