Responsibilities:

• Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and expense reimbursement
• Handle the overall administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, fixed assets procurement and management
• Manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance/repair/renovation services
• Responsible for inventory control, such as stationery, equipment, etc.
• Handle ad hoc project as required
• Require outdoor job if necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 3-5 years of administrative experience or related background
• Diligent, willing to learn and highly flexible
• Able to work independently. Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, positive and can-do attitude; self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook)
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferable.
