Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different departments and provide secretarial & administrative support to the departments;
• Handle expenses claims and maintain filing system;
• Liaise with overseas offices to maintain smoothly in daily operations;
• Assist in arranging business trip.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity preferably in sizable organizations and / or television industry;
• Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Proactive, enthusiastic and able to work independently;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Familiar with MS word, Excel and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a must.
