Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement company policies and strategic planning of the HR function;
2. Implemented policies in accordance with the Group’s strategy including recruitment, training, compensation, performance evaluation, organizational development and labour relations;
3. Build and promote organization culture, create a passionate workforce, enhance organization cohesiveness and staff loyalty, as well as nurture creativity in the workplace.
4. Review employment related legislation changes and related implementation plan and ensure full compliance with legal requirements
5. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, at least 10 years in a leadership role
3. Experience gained from sizable organizations, preferably FMCG,F&B, candidate with mainland background is preferred;
4. A high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and professional attitude.
5. Well versed knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance & PRC Labor Law
6. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
7. Immediately available will be an advantage
