獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會 (IPCC)

我們的客戶是“獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會(監警會)”.監警會是根據«獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會條例»(香港法例第604章)而成立的獨立機構，其主要職能是觀察、監察和覆檢投訴警察課就須匯報投訴的處理和調查，並就須匯報投訴的處理或調查作出建議。

現誠邀合資格人士申請行政助理一職，這職位將直接受雇於監警會。

入職條件：

(a)  香港中學文憑考試5科包括中國語文和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷,

(b)       具良好中、英文口語及書寫能力；

(c)        取得上述學歷後，具備最少三年全職工作經驗，有政府及/或公營機構辦公室行政經驗者可獲優先考慮；

(d)       熟悉使用電腦應用程式，包括MS WORD(中文及英文)，EXCEL及POWERPOINT；及

(e)       良好的組織能力和溝通技巧，富責任感。

視乎工作崗位，主要職責包括以下項目：

(a)        一般辦公室行政；

(b)       財務及會計；

(c)        會議後勤支援；

(d)       備存及管理檔案；

(e)       處理查詢；

(f)         協助擬備統計資料及報告；及

(g)        執行上司委派的其他職務。

(註：需要使用電腦應用程式執行工作，並且或須在辦公時間以外工作。)

薪酬：

基本月薪為16,980元，另加相等於基本月薪5%的現金津貼。其他福利包括有薪假期，以及醫療及牙科保險。獲取錄的申請人將以合約形式聘任，為期兩年，在圓滿完成合約後，可獲發相等於合約期內所得底薪總額10%的約滿酬金(包括強制性公積金計劃的僱主供款)。
