Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedule;
• Carry out administrative work and clerical support for the department;
• Handle other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• 1-2 years of working experience in purchase raw materials or food or beverage is preferred;
• Detail oriented with good numeric sense and strong negotiation and analytical skills;
• Able to work under pressure with good multi-tasking skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
