Job Description

This is an entry level role in Financial Serivces Recruimtent team which offers you ample training and exposure in assisting experienced consultants in their senior mandates.

The Role


We are currently seeking a candidate manager supporting directly to senior team members at Business Director, Manager or Principal Consultant level of the Financial Services Team. The incumbent would get training from the other senior members in the team directly and he / she would gain excellent market knowledge in Financial Services Sector. The job holder will assist in various executive level searches and spend time in meeting candidates and going forward clients. This is essentially a Management Trainee role in a first tier Financial Services recruitment team and paved to become a 360 consultant

This a fast-paced discipline and we are keen to speak to people who have thrived in such environments. This role is well suited to ambitious individuals and he / she is entitled to quarterly discretionary bonus on top of monthly basic salary depends on his / her performance

Requirements

  • University graduate who has around one year of experience in Financial Services industry or having experience in a sales related industry would be relevant. Outstanding fresh graduate with good Financial Services knowledge would be considered
  • Self driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to pick up things quickly is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver against tight deadlines
  • An entrepreneurial, organised and driven approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong team-working skills - you'll enjoy sharing information and building robust relationships
  • The initiative it takes to make sound decisions and recommend innovative solutions
  • A driven mindset with a passion to continue to learn new initiatives and drive new business and relationships
