 Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Senior Solution Analyst to collaborate with Business Functional Team, SI and Technical Team to deliver the expected business outcomes
  • Lead full-cycle work stream, driving from ideation through technical/feasibility study to formal project completion
  • Manage and prioritise solution backlog and formulate user stories to move the solution delivery forward
  • Incorporate functional/business/stakeholder requirements and formulate user stories
  • Collaborate with Functional and SI to shape out end-to-end business process and business requirements for out-of-the-box solution design
  • Work with the Solution Leads of other tracks to manage the interdependencies between end-to-end business process and user stories are connected and set up effectively for project quality
  • Manage and prioritise solution backlogs for a function and give teams clearly defined goals for each sprint
  • Work with Senior Project Manager – Solution Delivery on functional track planning and delivery
  • Work with Senior Project Manager – Integration and Data Migration on technical track planning and delivery
  • Work withFunctional and SI to manage risk and take pivotal role on solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration and cutover activities

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years’ professional experience as a product owner/manager or similar roles ​
  • Good business knowledge and understanding in the Recruiting and Talent Journey, specifically Time, Labor, Compensation and Performance management​
  • Experience and good knowledge in large scale ERP/Digital/IT delivery in cloud environment 
  • Professional project management certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 an advantage​
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile ways of working, process and principles​
  • Larger scale cross-functional workstream collaboration and solution delivery experience 

Technical / Functional Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in engaging with various stakeholders to find out the requirements for the solution ​
  • Sharp analytical thinking skill in solution prioritisation and definition ​
  • Strong problem-solving skill, intelligent, proactive, and the ability to thrive under pressure​
  •  Team leadership skill
