Role Purpose

• Assist with daily office administration and clerical tasks;
• Liaise with training providers;
• Update flight crew records and flight crew hotel allowance record;
• Communicate with flight crew in regard to uniforms and medical exam arrangement;
• Handle ad hoc assignments and perform administration duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

• Diploma in any discipline;
• 1 year experience in administration;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and understanding of database applications;
• Good organizational skills, conscientious, mature attitude and ability to multi-task.

Please note that with effect from 1 June 2022 onwards, all HK Express employees and contractors who work in Cathay House and all other Cathay Group Company premises in Hong Kong must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Being tested regularly for COVID-19 is not an option. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
