JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial duties for senior management;
• Responsible for meeting scheduling and appointment arrangements
• Prepare meeting materials and reports;
• Handle the incoming emails and phone calls;
• Organize and maintain the filing system;
• Coordinate with relevant departments for the logistics arrangement for new hires; and
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary education or above, preferably with business-related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably in sizable companies;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Attentive to details, hardworking, self-motivated; and
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
