Responsibilities:
As a HR Specialist joining a high-paced and fast-growing EdTech startup, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt and take ownership of tasks at hand. With exciting growth opportunities ahead, we are looking for a passionate individual who is optimistic and ready to be a part of an expanding team. 

You will work closely with the company to build and maintain a rapidly expanding team which delivers a meaningful product to teachers and students.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the full cycle of the recruitment process from job brief, sourcing and candidate assessment
• Assist and handle HR administration and processes such as coordinating, onboarding and offboarding
• Initiate and enforce new HR policies for a growing organization
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, payrolls and benefits
• Setting-up hiring best practices
• Conducting required other administrative tasks in a highly-organised manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with 2-5 years experience in recruitment and HR preferably in a large organisation
• Good with excel and powerpoint
• Positive with a strong follow-through and ownership of tasks
• Excellent team player, can-do attitude with solid communication skills
• Highly-organised and administratively minded

Language requirements:

• English fluency
• Conversational Mandarin or Cantonese
