Job Duties:

• Handle compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll calculation, onboarding documents, final payments, MPF Scheme administration, leave management, attendance record
• Administer for maintaining and updating HRIS & e-Leave system
• Ensure HR policies & practices are compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare various reports for management review
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience in a sizable organization
• Highly motivated team player with positive attitude and willingness to take up extra assignments
• Able to work independently and meet tight timelines
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
