Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support on recruitment, payroll administration, training & development etc.
• Update leave record and monitor staff attendance
• Prepare employment contract and other on/ off-boarding documentations
• Update organisation chart and weekly report
• Assist in orientation and other HR activities
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience 
• Knowledge of HK employment Ordinance and Visio will be an advantage
• Good team player with "Can do" attitude
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
