Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director
- Assist the Executive Director in handling daily communication and coordination with both internal and external parties in Hong Kong and overseas
- Arrange the Executive Director’s daily and travel schedules
- Manage and coordinate meetings, agenda and materials
- Prepare reports on a regular or ad hoc basis for management review
- Degree holder in all discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in spoken and written English is essential
- Must be good numeric and communication skills
- PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
