Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration support to the Senior Management
  
• Arrange meetings including notifying members, preparing correspondences, taking minutes and keeping records of attendance 
• Manage travel and tour arrangements and expense claims 
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties 
• Perform ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Studies/Secretarial Studies or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Industry 
• Able to meet deadline, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (fluent in Mandarin is preferred)
• Immediately available is preferred
